Suriya Spa, Frontera Verde

We are members of the Suriya Spa in Frontera Verde for a year now and yesterday was just our second visit there.

Seven Corners, Crowne Plaza Manila

The Seven Corners Buffet in Crowne Plaza was highly recommended to us by friends. Since were are buffet afficionados, of course we expect a lot: from the servers and from the dishes that it will offer. 

Car Wash in The Philippines

Having a car wash in the Philippines is still fascinating to me as it is still manually done usually by boys clad in shorts, tattered shirts and flip flops. In just 15 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the car wash shop you go to, your car, van, SUV and even a motorbike can have a thorough clean up.

LTO Car Registration Renewal

Today, we had our car registered again. In the Philippines, car registration is scheduled based on the last number of the plate number. Our car ends with 9 so it is due this September.

We went to LTO in Kapitolyo, Pasig for our annual registration. First we went to the Emission Test place inside where they tested our car's emission and paid P430 for it. Then, we went and paid around P950 for the insurance.
